From the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door, we're working to make your HAVIT experience seamless. Our shipping process is built around speed, safety, and complete transparency  because a great product deserves a great delivery experience.

 


 

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team gets to work immediately.

Standard Processing Time: 1–2 Indian Business Days

Every order goes through a quick verification process before dispatch  this includes payment confirmation, address validation, and quality-check packaging. This step ensures your product reaches you safely and exactly as ordered.

Order Cut-Off Time Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are prioritized for same-day processing. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays and public holidays are processed the next available business day.

During Sale & Festive Seasons During high-demand periods such as Diwali, Big Billion Days, End of Season Sales, or any HAVIT promotional events, processing times may extend by 1–3 additional business days due to increased order volumes. We appreciate your patience during these periods and will always keep you informed.

You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS as soon as your order is dispatched, along with your tracking details.

 


 

Shipping Coverage

HAVIT ships PAN India  from major metros to Tier 2 cities, Tier 3 towns, and most pin codes across the country.

We partner with trusted national courier networks to ensure your order reaches you reliably, regardless of your location.

Remote & Semi-Urban Areas While we strive to deliver everywhere, a small number of highly remote or logistically restricted pin codes may have limited serviceability. In such cases, our team will contact you at the time of order processing with alternative options or an updated delivery estimate.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping  Pan India HAVIT offers free standard shipping on all orders above a specified order value. The applicable free shipping threshold will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Orders Below the Free Shipping Threshold A standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout for orders below the minimum order value. This amount is calculated based on your delivery location and order weight, and will always be shown transparently before payment.

Special Region Charges Certain remote locations, island territories, or restricted delivery zones may attract a small additional handling or logistics charge. Where applicable, this will be communicated clearly before order confirmation.

You will always see the exact shipping cost before you complete your purchase. No hidden charges, ever.

 


 

Order Tracking

We believe you should always know exactly where your order is.

How You'll Be Notified:

  • A dispatch confirmation is sent via email and SMS as soon as your order ships

  • Your tracking number and courier partner name are shared in the same notification

  • For customers who've reached out via WhatsApp, tracking updates may also be shared through the same channel

Real-Time Tracking Use the tracking link shared in your dispatch notification to follow your shipment in real time on the courier partner's website or app. For any tracking difficulties, our support team is always ready to assist.

If you haven't received your tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team and we'll look into it immediately.

 


 

Delayed Delivery Situations

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timelines, certain situations beyond our direct control may occasionally cause delays.

Possible Causes of Delay:

  • Severe weather conditions  cyclones, flooding, heavy rainfall, or other natural disruptions affecting logistics routes

  • Courier or logistics disruptions  network-level issues with our courier partners, strikes, or operational delays

  • Public holidays  national or regional holidays may pause courier operations in certain areas

  • High-demand sale periods  festive seasons and flash sales may cause temporary processing and delivery backlogs

  • Remote location logistics  last-mile delivery in certain pin codes may take additional time due to limited courier frequency

In any of these situations, our team will proactively reach out to affected customers with updated timelines wherever possible.

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeline, please contact us  we'll investigate and keep you fully informed.


Damaged or Tampered Packages

We pack every HAVIT product with care. However, transit can occasionally be unpredictable.

Before You Accept Delivery: Please inspect your package carefully at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged, crushed, tampered with, or shows signs of having been opened, we recommend the following:

  • Accept the package only if the product inside appears undamaged upon a quick check

  • If the package is severely damaged or clearly tampered with, you have the right to refuse delivery and notify us immediately

Unboxing Video Recommendation We strongly encourage all customers to record a short unboxing video when opening their HAVIT product. This simple step ensures that any transit damage claim is resolved quickly and without unnecessary back-and-forth. This is a best practice, not a requirement.

Transit Damage Claims If your product arrives damaged due to transit mishandling, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video of the damage. We'll take it from there and resolve it promptly.

 


 

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners make up to 2–3 delivery attempts at your registered address before marking a shipment as undeliverable.

What Happens If a Delivery Attempt Fails:

  • You will be notified via SMS or a courier call before or after each attempt

  • You can reschedule delivery or update pickup preferences directly with the courier partner using your tracking ID

  • If all delivery attempts are unsuccessful, your shipment may be returned to our warehouse

Returned Shipments If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or failure to collect, our team will contact you to arrange a re-dispatch. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Please ensure your delivery address, pin code, and contact number are accurate at the time of checkout. A correct address is the single most important step for a smooth delivery.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

HAVIT offers Cash on Delivery as a payment option on eligible orders, subject to the following conditions.

COD Availability COD is available for most pin codes across India. Availability is confirmed at the checkout stage based on your delivery location and order value.

COD Order Confirmation All COD orders may be subject to a verification call or OTP confirmation before dispatch, to ensure delivery accuracy and reduce failed delivery attempts.

COD Order Value Limits COD may not be available for high-value orders above a certain threshold. The maximum COD order value, if applicable, will be indicated at the time of checkout.

Opting for prepaid payment (UPI, card, or net banking) ensures faster processing and dispatch of your order.

International Shipping

At this time, HAVIT's official website (havitsmart.in) ships exclusively within India.

We do not currently offer international shipping through our direct website. For international product enquiries, please contact our support team and we will do our best to guide you appropriately.

 


 


Shipping Restrictions

While we serve most of India, there are a small number of situations where standard shipping may not be possible.

Restricted or Non-Serviceable Pin Codes Certain remote, border, or restricted-access pin codes may fall outside our current courier network. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout before placing your order.

Force Majeure & Logistics Limitations In exceptional circumstances  including natural disasters, government-mandated restrictions, civil disruptions, or courier network failures shipments may be delayed or temporarily suspended in affected areas. HAVIT is not liable for delays caused by such events, but we commit to communicating transparently and resolving impacted orders as soon as conditions allow.
