01 Order Cancellation Policy
Changed your mind? We completely understand. Here's how cancellations work.
Before Shipment Cancellation Allowed You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched from our warehouse. Simply reach out to our support team with your order number and we'll process the cancellation promptly no questions asked.
After Dispatch Cancellation Not Possible Once your order has shipped and is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the product, subject to our standard return conditions below.
Auto-Cancellation Situations Your order may be automatically cancelled if payment verification fails, if the delivery address is incomplete or unserviceable, or if a product goes out of stock after your order is placed. You will always be notified via email or SMS, and any amount charged will be fully refunded.
Cancellation Refund Timeline: If you are charged before cancellation is processed, the full refund is initiated within 24–48 hours and credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
02 7-Day Easy Replacement Policy
We take our quality seriously. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or dead on arrival — you're fully covered. Our 7-day replacement window ensures you receive exactly what you paid for.

Share Photo or Video Evidence Send clear images or a short video showing the defect or damage. This helps us fast-track your replacement without delays.

Verification & Approval Our quality team reviews the evidence, typically within 1-2 business days, and approves a like-for-like replacement at no additional cost to you.

Replacement Dispatched Once approved, your replacement unit is shipped promptly. Reverse pickup and re-delivery are handled by HAVIT at no charge for verified defective products.

A Friendly Tip: We strongly recommend recording a short unboxing video when opening your HAVIT product. This simple habit protects you in the rare event of transit damage or missing items making your replacement request seamless and instant. It's a best practice, not a requirement.
03 Return Eligibility
To ensure your return is accepted smoothly, please verify all of the following before initiating a request:

Product is unused, unassembled, and in its original factory condition, exactly as received

Original box, packaging materials, foam inserts, and all branded stickers are intact and undamaged

All accessories, cables, manuals, warranty cards, and bundled items are included in full

Original purchase invoice or order confirmation is available for serial number verification

Return request is initiated within 7 days of the delivery date
Serial Number Verification: Every returned product undergoes serial number and IMEI verification to confirm it matches the original order. This is a standard step to protect all customers and maintain the integrity of our return program.
04 Non-Returnable Situations
We believe in complete transparency. The following situations are not covered under our return policy. These limits exist to protect all customers and maintain fair service standards.

Physical damage caused by the user drops, liquid spills, excessive force, or misuse are not covered under return or warranty.

Used or opened hygiene-sensitive products earbuds, in-ear headphones, or any product where personal contact has occurred cannot be returned.

Returns with missing accessories incomplete returns (missing cables, ear tips, documentation, or original box) will not be accepted until all items are included.

Products repaired or opened by unauthorized parties any tampering with internals or third-party repairs voids return eligibility entirely.

Buyer's remorse after extended use products showing signs of regular usage are not eligible for return under a change-of-mind claim.

Return requests raised after 7 days of delivery unless the issue falls under an active warranty claim, which is handled through a separate support process.

05 Refund Process
Every refund follows a clear, structured process. Here's exactly what to expect from the moment your return reaches us to the credit landing in your account.
Step 1 Product Received & Logged Once your returned product reaches our quality team, it is logged and an acknowledgment is sent to you within 24 hours.
Step 2 Quality Inspection Our team inspects the product for the reported issue, verifies the serial number, and checks the return condition. This typically takes 2-3 business days.
Step 3 Refund Approved & Initiated Upon successful inspection, the refund is approved and initiated to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation immediately.

Timelines are calculated from the date of refund initiation by HAVIT. Bank processing times may vary slightly. If your refund doesn't appear after the above window, share your refund reference ID with our team and we'll follow up immediately.
06 Shipping & Reverse Pickup
We take the hassle out of returns with managed reverse pickup wherever possible.
Defective or DOA Products HAVIT Covers Shipping If your product is confirmed as defective, damaged in transit, or dead on arrival, HAVIT arranges and fully covers the cost of reverse pickup and return shipping. You won't pay a rupee.
Non-Quality Returns Customer Bears Shipping For returns not related to a product defect such as a change of mind, compatibility concerns, or an incorrect purchase decision the return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
Packaging Tip: Please use the original box or secure packaging when sending back your product. Items damaged during return transit due to improper packing may affect refund eligibility. Our team will guide you on best practices when your request is initiated.
07 Warranty Support
Our commitment to you doesn't end after 7 days. Every HAVIT product comes with a manufacturer's warranty that provides continued protection long after the return window closes.
Your Product Remains Covered Even after the 7-day replacement window expires, your product is covered under HAVIT's standard manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product develops a genuine defect during normal use within the warranty period, contact our support team we'll guide you through the warranty service process, whether that means repair, replacement, or another form of resolution.
For Smooth Warranty Claims: Keep your purchase invoice and product serial number easily accessible when reaching out. Our team aims to resolve every warranty case fairly and efficiently with the same care we bring to every customer interaction.
08 Quality & Authenticity Verification
We maintain a careful verification process on every return not as a barrier, but as a commitment to quality and fairness for our entire customer community.
Serial Number & IMEI Matching Every returned unit is cross-verified against your original order using the product's serial number or IMEI, confirming it is the same item purchased from HAVIT.
Tamper & Physical Inspection Our quality team checks for signs of tampering, internal disassembly, or damage that goes beyond what was reported ensuring the product condition matches the return claim.
Swap Prevention Protocol To protect all HAVIT customers, returns containing a different product, a counterfeit unit, or an unrelated item will not be accepted and may be subject to further review.
