What Our Warranty Covers

HAVIT's warranty protects you against manufacturing defects and hardware failures that occur during normal, everyday use. If something stops working because of how the product was built  not because of how it was used  we take full ownership and resolve it.

This isn't fine print. It's a commitment.

Warranty is applicable only for products purchased through HAVIT's official website (havitsmart.in) or authorized retail partners. Please save your invoice or order confirmation  it is required for all warranty claims.

 


 

What's Covered

Our warranty protects you from defects and failures that are no fault of yours.

Manufacturing Defects Faults in materials or workmanship that were present at the time of production and affect the product's normal functioning.

Technical & Hardware Failures Unexpected internal component failures that occur during regular use within the warranty period.

Charging Issues Inability to charge, charge at normal speed, or hold charge  caused by a manufacturing defect in the charging system.

Connectivity Problems Bluetooth, wireless, USB, or wired connectivity failures caused by internal hardware defects, not external factors.

Audio Malfunctions Loss of sound, audio distortion, imbalanced output, or microphone failure not caused by physical damage or misuse.

Button & Sensor Failures Keys, scroll wheels, switches, or sensors that stop functioning correctly under normal use conditions.

Battery Manufacturing Defects Premature battery swelling, failure, or significant capacity loss caused by a production defect  not by improper charging or misuse.

 


 

What's Not Covered

We believe in being completely upfront. The following are outside the scope of HAVIT's warranty coverage.

  • Physical damage  cracks, breaks, dents, or damage from drops, pressure, or impact

  • Liquid or water damage  any exposure to moisture, rain, sweat, spills, or humidity

  • Burnt or electrically damaged products  damage from power surges, voltage fluctuations, or use with incompatible chargers or adapters

  • Unauthorized repairs or tampering  products opened, modified, or serviced by anyone other than HAVIT's authorized team

  • Normal wear and tear  gradual material or component degradation from regular use over time

  • Cosmetic damage  surface scratches, fading, discoloration, or finish wear that does not affect product functionality

  • Damage from misuse or negligence  use outside the product's intended purpose or published guidelines

  • Power fluctuation damage  damage resulting from unstable electricity supply, incorrect voltage, or use without a surge protector where recommended

  • Missing accessories  cables, ear tips, carry pouches, or bundled accessories reported missing after the 7-day return window

  • Damage during self-installation  physical or electrical damage that occurs during customer-attempted installation or setup

How to Claim Your Warranty

We've made the process as simple and transparent as possible. Here's exactly what happens when you raise a warranty claim with HAVIT.

Step 1  Contact HAVIT Support Reach out to our team via email or WhatsApp and briefly describe the issue you're facing. Our team is available Monday to Saturday during Indian Standard Time business hours.

Step 2  Share Your Order & Product Details Provide your Order ID, registered mobile number or email, and your product's serial number. This allows us to instantly verify your purchase and warranty status.

Step 3  Technical Assessment Our support team will guide you through a quick diagnosis  this may involve sharing photos or a short video of the issue, or answering a few structured questions to confirm the defect.

Step 4  Pickup or Shipping Guidance Once the defect is confirmed, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your location if it falls within a serviceable area. For locations outside our pickup network, our team will guide you on how to safely self-ship the product to our service center.

Step 5  Repair or Replacement Decision After our service team inspects the product, we will repair it, replace it, or share a clear outcome  all within the timelines mentioned below. You will be kept informed throughout.

We keep you updated at every step. You will never be left wondering what's happening with your product.

 


 

Replacement & Repair Policy

Inspection Before Resolution Every product submitted for a warranty claim is physically and technically inspected at our authorized service center before any repair or replacement is approved.

Repair When Possible If the defect is repairable without compromising product quality or longevity, we will repair and return the product to you in full working condition.

Replacement When Necessary If the product cannot be restored to proper working condition through repair, HAVIT will replace it with an identical unit, subject to stock availability.

Equivalent Model Replacement In cases where the original model is no longer in stock, an equivalent model of equal or greater value will be offered as a replacement.

No Partial Fixes We don't believe in temporary solutions. If a product warrants replacement, it is replaced  not returned with a partial fix.

 


 

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Support

Receiving a non-functional product straight out of the box is rare  but if it happens, we treat it as our highest priority.

  • Report a DOA product within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share an unboxing video or clear photo evidence for the fastest possible resolution

  • DOA cases are fast-tracked and resolved with a direct replacement wherever stock permits

  • Our team commits to responding to all DOA reports within 1 Indian business day

We strongly recommend recording a short unboxing video for every HAVIT product you receive. This one step ensures that any DOA or transit damage case is resolved immediately, without unnecessary back-and-forth.

 


 

Shipping & Service Terms

HAVIT Covers Shipping for Approved Claims For all warranty issues verified and approved by our support team, HAVIT arranges and covers the cost of reverse pickup and return shipping. No logistics charges will be passed on to you for valid warranty cases.

Self-Shipping for Non-Serviceable Locations If your delivery address falls outside our current pickup network, our team will provide clear guidance on how to ship the product to our service center. In such cases, we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs upon claim approval.

Service Processing Timeline Once your product is received at our service center, the standard resolution time is 7-14 Indian business days, depending on the nature of the issue and parts availability. Complex cases may take slightly longer - you will always be informed.

Coverage Area Warranty service support is available PAN India for all products purchased through HAVIT's official and authorized channels.

 


 

Product Verification & Fraud Prevention

To protect the integrity of our warranty program and ensure fair service for every genuine HAVIT customer, all claims go through a standard verification process.

Serial Number Verification Every product submitted for warranty service is matched against our records using the product's serial number. This confirms the product is a valid HAVIT purchase.

Tampered Products Products showing signs of unauthorized internal access, third-party repair attempts, or deliberate tampering are not eligible for warranty coverage and will be returned without service.

Serial Number Removal or Alteration Warranty is automatically void if the product's serial number label has been removed, scratched out, or altered in any way.

Counterfeit Product Exclusion Warranty coverage applies exclusively to authentic HAVIT products purchased through official and authorized Indian channels. Products that cannot be verified as genuine HAVIT units will not be serviced under this policy.

This verification process is in place to protect every legitimate HAVIT customer. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

 


 

Warranty Limitations

HAVIT's warranty obligation is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product only. Our liability does not extend to:

  • Loss of personal data, files, or information stored on or connected to the product

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind arising from product failure

  • Loss of income, business opportunity, or productivity during the service period

  • Damage caused to other devices or accessories used in connection with the product

This warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser. It is valid only when the product has been purchased through an authorized HAVIT channel and used in accordance with HAVIT's published usage guidelines.

HAVIT reserves the right to make the final determination on all warranty claims following inspection by our authorized service team.
